The Holly Lodge Estate looks out over London to the south giving spectacular views of the skyline. It is a unique gated community of detached houses and mansions, built on a south-facing slope that used to be the kitchen gardens of the Coutts family estate. The common parts of the estate are owned by the plotholders, and are managed by a committee of volunteers who are dedicated to the preservation and protection of the physical fabric of the area.
