Car pool	WhizzGo have small cars for £5 per hour or £40 per day up to people carriers and vans for £6 per hour - this includes petrol, insurance and congestion charge. The two nearest cars are in Churchill Road (this side of Ackland Burghley School). Just book on the internet and walk or cycle to collect your car.	www.whizzgo.co.uk
	Streetcar have three cars within .5 miles of the Estate off Dartmouth Park Hill and two more just the other side of Tuffnell Park. The cost for a VW Golf is £5.95 per hour or £49.50 per day.	www.streetcar.co.uk
Computer Maintenance & Repair	I have know Dani for some years and has maintained our Company computer network, websites etc etc for all this time. He is also very capable of resolving PC problems such as viruses, slow machines or whatever. Tradesman	I would recommend him as a very honest, hard working English speaking Bulgarian. His skills include plastering, plasterboarding, preparation and painting and general labouring work. He has now worked in several properties on the estate. Our Company refurbished 14 Hillway in 2005 for my family to live in. Georgi’s work included laying paving (front and rear), plasterboarding, plastering (entire top floor) as well as a whole variety of general building tasks. He painted the entire outside of the property with lime based paints in 2006 and the inside of another property on Hillway about the same time. Glass & Glazing	We have recently completed works to a property in Holly Lodge Gardens and the proprieter informed us of this site. I have lived in holly lodge for the last 7 years and carried out many glass and glazing jobs over that time as well as building up a rapport with grounds staff. Carpet, upholstery and stone cleaning	I run a carpet, upholstery and stone cleaning company operating mainly in Highgate and Hampstead. Pest eradication e.g. wasp nests	Recently I had to find someone to eradicate a wasp nest. Mick came swiftly; caused no damage, even thought he had to get onto the house roof through a less than easy roof-light. His charges was reasonable: 20% less than three other firms had quoted as their call-out rate. He works alone. Gardens	We found William through the recommendation of Maurice, the estate gardener. He does both hard and soft landscaping and general garden maintenance like moving the lawn, cutting hedges and looking after flower beds. For us he did extensive groundwork (he was in our garden for more than a week) with excellent result. We would to pass on the recommendation. Fish Deliveries	The Grimsby fishmongers have been coming to the Estate for many years. They have regular customers including us and others in Langbourne East. They have a good variety of fresh fish and can deliver special treats like lobster and crab if ordered in advance. We can certainly recommend them 37LA. Grants	Camden council offers a variety of grants for owner occupiers and tenants. These include modifications to assist with a disability, eco grant (solar heating) and warmth for all (boiler upgrade or insulation).
