Car pool	WhizzGo have small cars for £5 per hour or £40 per day up to people carriers and vans for £6 per hour - this includes petrol, insurance and congestion charge. Driving school	Anna is a thoughtful & supportive driving instructor (& a resident of the estate so that's important too). I returned to driving after many years & without her patience & innovative instruction I would not be behind the wheel now, driving safely & enjoying it. 	We found William through the recommendation of Maurice, the estate gardener. He does both hard and soft landscaping and general garden maintenance like moving the lawn, cutting hedges and looking after flower beds. For us he did extensive groundwork (he was in our garden for more than a week) with excellent result. We would to pass on the recommendation. Joinery Hardwood Specialists Conservatories, Windows and Doors	The company replaced all my windows /doors and glazed new conservatory in keeping with the estate guidelines. Stair lifts	Simmonds are offering £100 off a stairlift from acorn. Window cleaner	I have used a window cleaner for over a year now, and thought I should share his details with the estate - via the website. He comes once a month to the area and is very reliable. Computer Maintenance & Repair	I have know Dani for some years and has maintained our Company computer network, websites etc etc for all this time. He is also very capable of resolving PC problems such as viruses, slow machines or whatever. Tradesman	I would recommend him as a very honest, hard working English speaking Bulgarian. His skills include plastering, plasterboarding, preparation and painting and general labouring work. He has now worked in several properties on the estate. Our Company refurbished 14 Hillway in 2005 for my family to live in. Georgi’s work included laying paving (front and rear), plasterboarding, plastering (entire top floor) as well as a whole variety of general building tasks. He painted the entire outside of the property with lime based paints in 2006 and the inside of another property on Hillway about the same time. Pest eradication e.g. wasp nests	Recently I had to find someone to eradicate a wasp nest. Mick came swiftly; caused no damage, even thought he had to get onto the house roof through a less than easy roof-light. His charges was reasonable: 20% less than three other firms had quoted as their call-out rate. He works alone.
