The Holly Lodge estate looks out over London to the south giving spectacular views of the skyline. It is a community of detached houses and mansion block flats, built on a south-facing slope that used to be the kitchen gardens of the Coutts family estate.

The common parts of the estate are owned by the plot owners, and are managed by a committee of volunteers who are dedicated to the preservation and protection of the physical fabric of the area.

The mansion block flats and the land they sit directly on is managed by London Borough of Camden.
