The HLEC conducted a questionnaire on security in November 2020 of residents of the estate. Where available, or in the course of the process obtained, e-mail addresses for residents, a unique link was issued per plot or flat. Otherwise, plot owners were provided a paper form and flats were invited to make contact for forms.

We intend to continue this process with an online meeting for all residents mid to end of January. After the meeting, at which we will share more details from the survey, we will formulate a longer-term strategy and share this with the residents.

PARKING AND SECURITY QUESTIONNAIRE ZOOM FEEDBACK MEETING NOTES - 26 JANUARY 2021

Plot owners: 41 attendees which included 9 HLEC members and 32 residents representing 27 plots and 4 flats.
Members of the committee presented a PowerPoint summary of the results of the Parking & Security Questionnaire, which had been conducted in November 2020.
The activities in the areas of security and parking on the estate in 2020 were reviewed.
Questions which were submitted prior to the meeting and raised during the discussion were answered at the end of the meeting.
The proposed 2021 trial of an ANPR system at the top of the estate (by zones) was explained.
